ElderLink AR supports iOS devices with AR capabilities. For the best experience, we recommend a device running iOS 14+
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. All personal and health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. You remain in full control of your data at all times.
The AR features aren't working. What should I do?
Make sure the app has permission to access your camera. Go to your device Settings → Apps → ElderLink AR → Permissions and enable Camera. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or reinstalling it.
